Last updated 10 October 2026 · Growthx Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 75 632 942 208, Sydney, Australia (“Twoself”, “we”, “us”)
These terms are under review by our lawyers and may change. If they change in a way that reduces your rights, we will email every account holder 30 days before the change takes effect.
These terms are the agreement between you and Growthx Ventures Pty Ltd for the Twoself app, the twoself.ai website, the Twoself connector for AI assistants, and any email we send you (together, “Twoself”). By creating an account or using Twoself you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy and to the Acceptable Use and Sending Policy in Part B below. If you use Twoself for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Twoself is a business tool for one person per account. If you connect an employer’s mailbox, you confirm you have the right to do so under your employer’s rules; some employers require an administrator’s approval, and Twoself cannot grant that for you.
With your permission, Twoself reads the sources you connect (today: Microsoft Outlook mail and calendar, including personal Outlook.com; Gmail and Google Calendar; a LinkedIn data file you upload; notes, tasks and files you add), keeps a record of the people, companies, messages, meetings and promises in them, answers your questions about that record, runs helpers you switch on, and drafts messages for you. Twoself does not send a message unless you tap Send or schedule it (see clause 7).
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at once at team@twoself.ai if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account unless we caused it.
Twoself’s answers, briefings, drafts and findings are written by AI from your Content. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a finding such as “you promised X by Friday” or “this person has gone quiet” is Twoself’s reading of your mail, not a fact. Check before you act on one. Twoself is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You remain responsible for every message you send and every decision you make.
Twoself sends a message only when you tap Send, or at a time you schedule, and only from a mailbox you connected. Helpers can draft; they cannot send. You are the sender of every message that leaves your mailbox: you are responsible for its content, for having the recipient’s consent where the law requires it (in Australia, the Spam Act 2003 for commercial email), for honouring unsubscribe requests, and for not sending anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive. Part B sets out the detail.
Helpers (the agents you switch on or describe) run on a schedule or when something happens, and use credits. Before you switch one on, Twoself shows an estimate of what it will use. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance; you can buy more; bought credits do not expire. When your credits run out, helpers pause until you top up or the month renews, as you choose in Settings. Credit estimates are estimates; the actual use may differ, and we will tell you if a helper is running well above its estimate.
If you connect Twoself to an AI assistant you use (such as Claude), that assistant may read your Content through Twoself and save notes, tasks and drafts into it, under that assistant’s own terms, which are not ours. You can revoke the connection at any time in Settings. We are not responsible for what a connected assistant does with what it reads.
Twoself depends on services we do not run: Microsoft and Google for your mailbox and calendar, LinkedIn’s data export, the AI providers that write answers, and the hosting and payment providers named on the Sub-processors page. Any of them may change, limit, charge for or withdraw access, go down, or change what they allow, and Twoself may stop working in part or in whole as a result. We will do what we reasonably can to adapt, but we are not responsible for their acts, outages or changes, or for loss caused by them. Twoself keeps a copy of your Content so it can work; it is not a backup service. Your mail, calendar and LinkedIn data remain in those services, and you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
We are a small company and Twoself changes often. We may add, change, limit or remove features, helpers, models and connections at any time. If we remove something you have paid for and it materially reduces what you get, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the current month.
While Twoself is in its invited test, it is free, and the Beta terms you accept at first sign-in also apply. When paid plans start, Twoself will be sold by monthly subscription at the price shown when you subscribe, in US dollars, with Australian prices shown including GST. The trial will be 14 days and ask for a card; you will not be charged if you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do at any time in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month and there is no refund for that month, except where the Australian Consumer Law or other law requires one. If we change a price we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Use Twoself to break the law or anyone’s rights; send spam or deceptive messages; upload content you have no right to; try to get at another person’s account or Content; resell Twoself; interfere with how it runs; or use automated access beyond what the connector is for. Part B has the full list.
You can delete your account in Settings or by writing to team@twoself.ai. We will offer an export first. Then your Content is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it is permanently deleted, your connections to Outlook, Gmail, LinkedIn and any assistant are revoked, and we send you a confirmation listing what was deleted. Copies in backups are removed within a further 30 days. We keep a short record that a deletion happened, holding a one-way hash of your email address rather than the address, so we can prove it if asked. Clauses 5, 6, 13, 14 and 16 survive.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Subject to that:
To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify Growthx Ventures Pty Ltd and its directors, employees and contractors against any loss, liability, cost or claim (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: a message you sent or scheduled through Twoself; your breach of these terms or of Part B; your breach of any law, including privacy, spam and confidentiality law; a claim by any person whose information you connected, uploaded or stored in Twoself; your use of a connected assistant; or your employer’s rules about the mailbox you connected. This clause does not cover loss to the extent our own breach or negligence caused it.
We may suspend or end your account, without notice where we judge it necessary, if you breach these terms or Part B, if we are required to by law or by a provider we depend on, if your use puts other users, a third party or Twoself at risk, if a payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. We will tell you why afterwards unless the law or an investigation prevents it. We may also end the Twoself service as a whole on at least 60 days’ notice, keeping export available for that time. On ending, clause 12 applies to your Content, and nothing is owed to you except any refund the law requires.
We can change these terms. If a change reduces your rights, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; continuing to use Twoself after that date is acceptance. Other changes take effect when posted, with the date at the top of this page.
If you give us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything, and we will never name you without asking.
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and its courts, without limiting any consumer protection you have where you live. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. Neither of us is liable for what we cannot reasonably control (a provider outage, for instance), except for payment. You may not transfer your account; we may transfer this agreement to a company that buys Twoself, and we will tell you if we do. Questions: team@twoself.ai.
Part of the Terms of Service.
Twoself sends a message only when you tap Send or schedule it, from a mailbox you own or are authorised to use. You are the sender of every message, in law and in fact. When you send through Twoself you confirm that:
Twoself sends one message at a time to the people you address. It does not do bulk mail, mail merges or list sending, and we may limit sending volume to protect your mailbox’s reputation and ours.
Connect only mailboxes, calendars and files you are entitled to connect. If you connect an employer’s account, you are responsible for complying with your employer’s rules. Upload only your own LinkedIn data file. Do not put into Twoself information you are not allowed to hold, including information covered by a confidentiality duty you would breach by sharing it with a service provider.
Do not use Twoself to stalk, harass, profile for discrimination, or surveil anyone; to build lists of people for sale or marketing to others; to scrape any website or service; or to get around the limits of a source (LinkedIn’s terms, for instance). Twoself is a memory of your own relationships, not a prospecting database of other people’s.
You are responsible for the helpers you switch on or describe and for what a connected assistant does with your account. Do not describe a helper that would break this policy, and do not use a connected assistant to get around a limit in Twoself.
Do not try to access another account or any data not yours; interfere with, overload or probe Twoself; copy, reverse engineer or resell it; use automated access other than through the connector; or use Twoself for anything unlawful, including to infringe anyone’s rights in content.
We may remove content, suspend sending, suspend or end your account (clause 15), and report unlawful conduct where we must. We are not obliged to review your content and do not, except as the Privacy Policy says, but we may act on what we are told.
The twoself.ai website is published by Growthx Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 75 632 942 208. Its content is ours or used with permission; you may read and share it, not copy it for a competing purpose. It describes Twoself as it is on the date shown on each page; anything marked “soon” is not available yet and may change or not arrive. Sample notes, names and accounts on the site are made up to show how Twoself works and do not describe real people. Nothing on the site is advice. Links to other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for them. Joining the waitlist is not a contract to buy and does not promise an invitation; founder pricing is offered to people on the list at launch on terms set then. We may change the site at any time. New South Wales law applies to any dispute about the site itself. Questions: team@twoself.ai.
