The detail behind What I do: what I read, what I keep, what I can do, and where the limits are.
| Source | What I read | What I keep | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com mail | Inbox and Sent, as far back as you choose: none, or 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; then new mail as it arrives | The subject, who it’s between and a one-line summary. Not kept: newsletters, no-reply senders, LinkedIn notifications, Outlook’s “Other” tab, and mail from people you’ve never dealt with | Today |
| Outlook calendar | Your calendars | Each meeting’s title, time, place, organiser and who’s invited | Today |
| Gmail and Google Calendar | As for Outlook | As for Outlook | After Google’s review |
| The data file LinkedIn gives you: profile, positions, connections, messages, posts and comments. I never sign in to LinkedIn as you, and there is no browser extension | Your network, your messages and your posts | Today | |
| Files | PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, Markdown, JSON and plain text; images and scanned PDFs are read by AI | The file and its text, in your folders | Today |
| What you tell me | Notes, tasks, memories and About you | As written, with the date | Today |
People, companies, deals, emails and meetings, promises and tasks, notes and files, memories, projects and ventures, all joined to each other and each with its source and date. See it as a map or a list. Links I suggest wait for your yes. A newer memory overrides an older one.
Ask in the app in plain words. AI is built in: Google’s Gemini, with the model picked for each question, or chosen by you in Settings. Every answer shows its sources. Claude and OpenAI models in the app: soon.
Six are ready on day one, each off until you switch it on:

| Meeting prep | Weekdays 6:00 | Your calendar, email, brain and LinkedIn network |
| Commitment tracker | Weekdays 7:00 | Your email and your brain |
| Reconnect nudges | Mondays 8:00 | Your LinkedIn network |
| Target watch | Mondays 9:00 | Your target list and the web (Google Search) |
| Project pulse | Fridays 8:00 | Your brain |
Times are in your own time zone. Build your own double from a sentence and test it before you keep it. Besides a schedule, a double can start when a new email arrives (from anyone, or one person), before a meeting, about 45 minutes after one ends, or when a task goes overdue. Starts are grouped for 30 minutes, with at most five runs a day. Each run lists what it read and what it cost. Doubles draft and suggest; they never send, and nothing changes until you say yes.
Connect in Settings with one tap, and revoke the same way. More than 70 tools: about you and your settings; search and open anything; people, companies and your network (who’s gone quiet, who’s waiting on you, top correspondents, new connections, who you know at a company); email and meetings (short records, and one full email fetched live when needed); deals; tasks, notes and memories; drafts (saved, never sent); doubles (list, run, ask, build, schedule, start on events); ventures and target companies; and the brain map. Each tool is marked as look-only or as one that changes something, so Claude can ask you before a change. Sending is never available inside Claude. ChatGPT: soon.
How I work inside ClaudeEvery message is a draft until you tap Send or schedule it, after a screen that names who it goes to.
Your Never-read list (companies, people or words): matching mail and calendar items are never stored, and anything else that matches is hidden and never sent to an AI. Private items (health and personal money) are found automatically, hidden by default and kept in your personal space. You choose how far back I read.
What reaches an AI provider: SecurityStored in Sydney. Export everything as Markdown, CSV and JSON Lines files. Delete your account in Settings: every connection is cut at once, and everything is erased after 30 days.
Free during the invited beta. AI work uses monthly credits. Doubles and research show an estimate first, worked out from your own last 30 days, and every run lists what it cost.
