What you already use, and where I fit.

I don’t replace everything. Here’s an honest view of each, and when you’d keep both.

A CRM.

A CRM is built for a sales team: a shared pipeline, stages and reports for a manager. It knows what someone typed into it. I’m built for one person, and I read what you already wrote: your mail, calendar and network. Keep a CRM if a team works your pipeline; you can still use my Deals for your own.

A notes app.

A notes app is the best place for long thinking, documents and wikis. It waits for you to write in it. I fill myself from your mail, calendar and LinkedIn, and I know who each note is about. Keep your notes app for writing; add your notes or files to me when you want them joined to the people they concern.

An AI chat on its own.

A chat assistant is brilliant at writing and thinking, but it doesn’t know your working life unless you paste it in, and its memory of you lives in its own house. I’m the memory it’s missing: connect me to Claude and it answers from your mail, calendar and network, with sources. AI is also built into my app, so you don’t need a subscription.

How I work inside Claude

A spreadsheet.

A spreadsheet tracks what you remember to enter. I notice what you forgot: who’s gone quiet, who’s waiting on your reply, what you promised and to whom.

When I’m not the right fit (yet).

If your mail is in Apple Mail or iCloud, I can’t read it yet; Gmail comes after Google’s review. If most of your conversations happen on WhatsApp or the phone, I’ll see only part of your week. If your work mailbox belongs to an employer, check their rules before you connect it. And if you need a shared pipeline with reports for a sales manager, that’s a CRM’s job: I’m built for one person.

Become two of you.

Free during the invited beta. I’ll write when it’s your turn.
