Meeting notes

Your recordings become promises.

Upload a meeting recording and I turn it into a note with who promised what. Then your team follows up, with your go-ahead.

The rules

How a meeting becomes promises.

1
You see an estimate before a recording is transcribed.

Nothing starts until you’ve seen what it will use.

2
Who promised whom is worked out from your name and addresses, not guessed.

When it can’t tell, it says unclear.

3
A promise made in a group counts as owed to you only if you were in the meeting.

Otherwise it’s noted as between other people.

4
Notes stay private until they’re checked, and your Never-read list applies to them.

Anything that matches your list is hidden and never sent to an AI.

5
The audio is removed once it’s transcribed; the transcript stays as long as you choose.

Until you remove it, or 90 days, or 12 months.

Coming.

Recap emails from your notetaker (Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, Read, tl;dv, Zoom, Google Meet’s Gemini notes), and Microsoft Teams notes for work accounts, with your organisation’s approval.

Do you join my calls?

No. I work with what you give me: a recording you upload today, and your notetaker’s recap soon.

What happens to the audio?

It’s removed as soon as it’s transcribed.
