For solo founders and consultants who run on relationships

There are two of you now.

I read your email, calendar and LinkedIn, remember every person and promise, and tell you each morning who needs you. Nothing is sent until you tap Send.

Good morning. Three things before you open your inbox.

1. You told Sam at Harbourline “by Friday”. It’s Thursday, and the proposal isn’t in Sent.

your email to Sam · Tue 6 Oct

2. Mei asked about Q1 timing three days ago. Say the word and I’ll draft it.

Outlook · Mon 12 Oct

3. Daniel wrote most weeks until 2 September, then stopped.

LinkedIn · Aug–Sep

That’s all. Nothing has been sent.

Your first morning note. A made-up consultant, so I can show you.
The thousand things

You’re not falling short. You’re carrying too much.

One of you does the work that matters. I’m the other one. What gets in the way isn’t the work. It’s the thousand small things around it, and the list that lives in your head. Give those to me. I don’t tire of them, I don’t lose them, and I don’t act on them without you.

A consultant’s business is a few hundred relationships and the promises inside them. The one you drop is the client who goes quiet.

Two of you. One job each.

The proof

This is what your morning looks like with me.

Thursday 15 October · 7:00 · Sydney

Good morning. Three things before you open your inbox.

1. You told Sam Patel at Harbourline “by Friday” last Tuesday. It’s Thursday, and the proposal isn’t in your Sent folder.

Tue · “by Friday”Thu · todayFri · due
your email to Sam · Tue 6 Oct

2. Mei Tanaka asked about Q1 timing three days ago. You haven’t replied. Say the word and I’ll draft it.

Outlook · Mon 12 Oct

3. Daniel Brooks wrote most weeks until 2 September, then stopped. He introduced you to Lena Ortiz in August. You never wrote to her either.

LinkedIn · Aug–Sep

That’s all. Nothing has been sent.

Morning briefing, Commitment tracker and Reconnect nudges: three of my team.

Every line links to the message it came from.

Built for consultants, advisers and solo founders first; recruiters, brokers and fractional executives, you’re next.

What I do

Ask me the way you’d ask a colleague who never forgets.

Pick a question. Every answer comes with its source, and nothing in it is sent.

In the app, or inside Claude.

Who do I know at Northwind?

Three people. Start with Aisha.

The brain

Behind all of it: one brain you can see.

A living map of your people, companies, promises and notes, joined to each other and to where they came from.

A notebook waits for you to write in it. I read what you already wrote. It builds itself from your mail, calendar and LinkedIn; you can open it, correct it, and take it with you.

More of me

The second you brings a team.

I split into doubles: my agents, each one me with a single job. Most founders could never hire that team.

Six are ready the day you join: Morning briefing, Commitment tracker, Meeting prep, Reconnect nudges, Target watch, Project pulse. Describe a seventh in a sentence and I build it. None of them can send.

Meet the team, and build your own

Trust

What I won’t do.

You’re trusting me with your inbox. These are the lines I don’t cross.

The longer answer

I won’t send anything. Ever.

You tap Send, or it doesn’t go.

I won’t read what you tell me not to.

Put a company or a word on your Never-read list and I never look.

I won’t bring up what’s private unless you ask.

Health, family and money stay out of answers and out of Claude until you say otherwise.

I won’t take your data anywhere you’d not expect.

It’s stored in Sydney. Who sees what is written in plain words on the privacy page.

Your Claude is brilliant. It has never met your clients.

Bring me along: when Claude needs your business, it asks me. AI is built in too, so you need no other subscription. Either way the memory belongs to you, not to the model. Your memory and your AI · How I work inside Claude
